twentyAI is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their ambitious team as they scale from $1M to $10M ARR. This role involves being the technical face for onboarding and managing customer projects, requiring strong API knowledge and a customer-first approach. Qualifications

We’re a small, ambitious team scaling from $1M to $10M ARR — and looking for a technical, customer-facing engineer to lead onboarding and support for fast-growing SaaS startups.

What you’ll do:

• Be the technical face of Fern during onboarding and evaluations
• Manage customer projects end-to-end, including writing code in their repos
• Improve docs, tutorials, and help shape the product roadmap

What you’ll bring:
