Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Sales Support & Training Strategy Manager to serve as a hands-on, consultative program manager within the Client Solutions Resources & Training team. The role coordinates sales support and develops training strategy across Treasury and Payment Solutions.

Success is measured by seller readiness, demonstration quality, learning adoption, and client outcomes. The ideal candidate blends sales support with instructional design, facilitation, and multi-partner coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities.
• Experience spanning sales enablement, training strategy, instructional design, product demonstrations, facilitation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve sales support practices for Treasury and Payment Solutions.
• Partner with sales to clarify opportunity context and prepare product positioning.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Provide product expertise and presentation support throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain demonstration standards, discovery practices, and seller-readiness tools.
• Develop and maintain a training strategy aligned with business objectives.
