You will translate business priorities into actionable field strategies that build confidence, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable impact. The role collaborates with Product, Sales, Communications and Learning & Development to deliver timely resources, playbooks, and clear messaging for frontline teams and leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge of business banking products and sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design market engagement plans to translate priorities into field actions.
• Identify adoption opportunities with Product, Sales and field partners.
• Create sales enablement resources and leader guides for field readiness.
• Reinforce engagement strategies through sales routines and channels.
• Gather feedback to improve engagement and future campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics and milestones for reporting.
