Job summary

West Fraser is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist at our US Operations Office in Cordova, TN to develop onboarding and enablement materials and to document sales processes across the end-to-end lifecycle. You will partner with Sales and other teams to capture ways of working, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Travel is possible as needed. The role emphasizes training content development, maintaining a centralized repository, and promoting adoption of standardized sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years experience in sales, sales operations, training, customer service, or related field.
• Strong written communication and ability to create clear procedures and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding, training, and enablement materials (job aids, presentations, videos).
• Document and maintain sales processes and operating guides.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Maintain centralized repository of sales documentation and training resources.
• Support rollout of new processes, systems, policies, and standards via workshops.
• Develop working knowledge of West Fraser products, customers, and end-to-end sales processes.
