Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a Sales Programs Coordinator to support the bank’s sales culture by coordinating company-wide sales initiatives and coaching branch staff. You will help design and execute sales plans, train personnel, and monitor progress toward sales goals in a fast-paced banking environment.

The role involves collaborating with branch managers to implement proactive selling processes, establish regular planning cadences, and ensure customer service excellence across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing and sales.
• Experience in sales development or marketing within a sales-driven culture.
• Strong ability to train and coach sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for implementing and maintaining an effective branch sales culture.
• Provides sales training and instruction for branch personnel and coaches staff.
• Establishes annual, 90-day, and weekly sales planning processes to achieve goals.
• Coordinates division-wide sales promotions, contests, and incentives to meet performance targets.
• Ensures branch activities support Prosperity Bank’s service culture and standards.
