Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to scale our go-to-market functions across Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Experience. You will design onboarding, ongoing training, and scalable playbooks to drive sales excellence and better customer outcomes.

You will analyze performance data, translate strategy into practical content, and partner with teams to prepare for product launches while maintaining accessible, high-quality enablement

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing revenue role or enablement
Experience designing and scaling enablement programs
Ability to partner with multiple teams including Sales, Product, Marketing and Revenue Ops
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Data-driven mindset with metrics to measure impact

Responsibilities

Design onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time
Develop training for product knowledge and consultative selling
Create certifications, learning paths and playbooks
Analyze sales performance and drive targeted enablement initiatives
