Base pay range

$36.00/hr - $46.00/hr

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist for our client in Costa Mesa, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, committed to excellence in cybersecurity, compliance, and business growth.

• Location: Remote (Corporate office located in Costa Mesa, CA)
• Pay: $36–$46/hr
• Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage intake of business opportunities and align with Sales and Business Development teams
• Ensure NDAs are executed before proceeding with requests
• Organize and maintain company product/service info to respond to inquiries
• Collaborate across departments to complete detailed information requests
• Improve turnaround times and data governance through process automation and auditing

What We’re Looking For:

• AA degree in Business or equivalent experience in Sales or Customer Service
• 5+ years in customer service or sales support; 2+ years in Sales Enablement
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience with IT security surveys and vendor risk assessments
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle, Agile, PowerBI
