Overview:

SailPoint is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and results-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic global Sales Enablement team within the rapidly evolving identity security market. This pivotal role focuses on driving behavioral change within our sales organization and deal teams, enabling them to execute complex sales cycles and achieve targets.

About this Role:

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will advance our enablement maturity by designing and implementing initiatives that empower our teams with knowledge, skills, and tools. You will engage stakeholders at all levels, from executives to individual contributors, to articulate the value of enablement and motivate participation.

This role requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, multi-threaded selling, and a 'high and wide' approach within enterprise organizations. You should be process-oriented and familiar with the technology landscape for effective sales training and enablement.

Collaboration is key, as you will work with a global team supporting strategic and enterprise sales segments, understanding the role of the entire deal team. We seek someone who is savvy, proactive, and a team player, with the ability to leverage AI tools and operate with high emotional intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  8. 'High and Wide' Approach: Develop strategies supporting broad stakeholder engagement.
  9. Enablement Efficiency: Enhance process efficiency, exploring AI solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Education, or related.
  • 3-5 years in sales enablement, training, or related within B2B tech, preferably in identity security.
  • Proven success in impactful enablement programs.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies and complex sales processes.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Understanding of adult learning and instructional design.
  • Proactive in efficiency strategies, including AI tools.
  • Strong collaboration and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms and tools.
  • Excellent project and data analysis skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales success.

Experience in global sales environments and familiarity with the identity security landscape are pluses.

Benefits and compensation vary by location and employment type. The estimated US salary range is $66,600 - $95,100 - $123,600, with benefits including health coverage, disability, life insurance, 401(k), flexible time off, and more.
