Base pay range

$85,250.00/yr - $140,250.00/yr

The Job

As the Sales Enablement Manager for Commercial Enterprise Sales, you’ll support the sales team by developing sales materials, optimizing workflows, and driving lead generation. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, revenue operations, and other teams to improve tools and processes, increase customer engagement, and support process improvements. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Commercial Enterprise Sales.

What You'll Do
  • Sales Enablement & Operations: Support and maintain sales enablement materials and tools; collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, proposal templates, presentations, lead generation content, playbooks, and customer-facing materials; optimize sales workflows and CRM usage.
  • Process & Tool Optimization: Support testing and documentation of sales tools; collaborate with RevOps to automate workflows; work with Sales management and CRM Admin to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and qualify leads; conduct outreach; qualify leads; execute nurturing sequences; manage CRM data.
  • Analysis and Support: Support sales leaders with new business opportunities; assist in developing proposals; help design data collection formats; work with legal on service agreements.

Experience You’ll Need
  • 3-5 years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or sales strategy, preferably in solar, clean energy, or tech sectors
  • Experience with training content, onboarding, playbooks, and process improvements
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide insights
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
  • Passion for clean energy and sustainability
Experience That's a Plus
  • Experience with sales data, forecasting, and performance metrics; knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus
