Location: United States (Remote)

Our US team consists of over 75 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision, ensuring innovative solutions that meet diverse market needs.

We are looking for a multitalented sales enthusiast to join our team as a Sales Enablement Specialist. This person will support Sales Directors at every stage of the sales cycle, work closely with our VP of Sales on monitoring & analyzing sales performance, and run strategic projects with other Sales Enablers worldwide.

You Will:

  1. Partner with the US sales team to drive and optimize results
  2. Conduct market and prospect research
  3. Create customized sales materials for top prospects
  4. Facilitate agency briefs handling (gathering and integrating information from HQ product teams and local teams)
  5. Ensure high quality of local CRM data to enable sales analysis and forecasting
  6. Conduct qualitative sales analysis to support data-driven decision making
  7. Support internal sales-related projects
  8. Collaborate with Sales Enablement colleagues from other countries

Desired Experience:

  1. At least 1 year of work experience
  2. Independence, accuracy, proactivity
  3. Knowledge or experience in digital marketing (preferred)
  4. Experience in sales enablement roles such as sales support, analysis, and market research (preferred)
  5. Ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively
  6. Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
  7. Good communication and teamwork skills
  8. Ability to manage stakeholders and responsibilities effectively
  9. Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  10. Entrepreneurial spirit

The salary range for this role is $75,000 plus, excluding bonuses and benefits. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and market data.
