Position Summary

East Coast USA, Remote

As the Sales Enablement Manager, AMER, you will be the main business partner to our Application and Data Security customer-facing teams in AMER. Your role involves providing sales and product training to enable faster go-to-market and higher productivity.

You will drive and facilitate the learning journey for our sales teams, contribute to content development, support onboarding, and collaborate with the Global Sales Enablement team to drive regional and global education programs.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Drive global and regional enablement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with geographical leaders.
  • Ensure alignment between global and regional efforts.
  • Provide feedback to Global Sales Enablement teams to inform strategies.
  • Lead virtual product education, coaching, and systems & process training for AMER sales teams.
  • Identify and standardize training content.
  • Promote Thales sales methodology and training content awareness among sales teams and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of enablement experience with a sales background in Tech/Software or SaaS.
  • Experience developing and deploying enablement programs for large sales teams.
  • Strong team orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience training remote groups.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies, with the ability to transfer knowledge internally.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and committed to improving virtual learning delivery.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships across diverse cultures and stakeholders.
