Your Impact:

The Sales Enablement Specialist will work cross-functionally with other Marketing teams such as Programs, Content, and Product Marketing to plan and create assets needed for Sales and Clients to optimize Sales efficacy in achieving revenue (ASV) goals. The specialist’s expertise resides in creating sales assets and storylines across products that resonate with clients, translating products into sellable themes for sales education and communications, while ensuring the Marketing brand, consistency, and tone.

What You'll Do:
  1. Execute Sales Enablement strategy for designated products and go-to-market product launch strategies to effectively engage target client audiences.
  2. Create high-impact Sales Assets to help drive Sales readiness and client engagement. Assets include, but are not limited to, Enterprise Decks, Sales Education Webinars, Pricing and Packaging Guides, Sales FAQs, and email templates.
  3. Create, own, and maintain SharePoint site pages.
  4. Build engagement with Sales and Sales Stakeholders, gathering client and Sales feedback regularly to improve enablement functions.
  5. Participate actively in revenue (ASV) generating initiatives such as Prospecting and Pipeline activities.
  6. Collaborate with Client Success Enablement, Learning and Development Business Partners, Revenue Operations, and other FactSet teams.
  7. Own Sales Enablement communication channels and enhance discoverability.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. 4-6+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, sales support, customer success, or related areas, with proven understanding of best practices and methodologies.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Deep knowledge of the full sales cycle, especially the FactSet sales process.
  5. Strong understanding of the financial industry.
  6. Passion for understanding FactSet’s products and translating their value for clients across different firm types.
  7. Ability to influence and manage relationships with key senior leaders in a matrix management structure.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Kapost.
  9. Excellent writing skills, capable of translating product information into value-driven, client-targeted details.
  10. Off-platform experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position in Connecticut, California, and NYC is $90,000 - $115,000. Salary is one component of the total compensation package and depends on factors like education, experience, and certifications. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
