Job summary

CDW is seeking a Supervisor, Project Manager Sales to coordinate planning and execution for Academy and Residency sales teams. You will translate program direction into organized workplans, keep managers aligned, and escalate risks as needed.

Responsibilities include onboarding, capacity planning, book delivery, and reporting. The role requires 3+ years in project coordination or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership of data.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and calendars for multiple sales projects.
• Translate requirements into activities, owners, due dates, and completion criteria.
• Coordinate across Academy and Residency sales managers and contributors.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate as needed.
• Document repeatable workflows and improve coordination and tools.
