Job summary

CDW is seeking a Training & Sales Enablement professional to lead onboarding and ongoing coaching for sales professionals. You will design and implement blended learning approaches, collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions, and manage projects to deploy training across CDW offices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in sales or training, with a focus on instructional design and adult learning theories. Expect travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ successful selling experience, or 5 years facilitating sales training, or 5 years combined experience in sales and training.
• Demonstrated facilitation/communication experience with a track record of increasing knowledge, performance and effectiveness.
• Strong project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales professionals using blended learning methods.
• Provide coaching to sales staff to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Research best practices and industry trends to inform program design.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery and resource alignment.
• Measure participant skills and client satisfaction; adjust programs accordingly.
• Mentor junior team members and provide ongoing feedback to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25% to deliver or support training across CDW offices.
