YES Communities is seeking a Sales Coordinator to collaborate with residents and team members nationwide to meet sales objectives. You will manage your pipeline of potential buyers, review inquiries, and work with prospects and community teams to collect conditions and documentation to facilitate sales.

The role emphasizes attention to sales activities, reporting on performance metrics, and supporting brokers with training and information related to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
• Exposure to sales/loan processing/funding industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming resident inquiries and sales with attention to detail.
• Review and clear conditions to advance broker sales.
• Identify and communicate corrections to advance broker sales to YES Home Office.
• Navigate objections to meet sales objectives.
• Provide reports and insights on key performance metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate to deliver training for Broker Sales program.
