• Lead qualification: screen inbound leads and determine fit.

• Inbound call management: serve as primary contact for main line inbound calls.
• Client onboarding & implementation: assist with onboarding and initial setup after conversion.
• Revenue enablement support: assist revenue team as needed.
• Track metrics and KPIs: monitor call volume and leads quality.
