Job summary

Precision Drilling is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to support the U.S. Sales organization with market intelligence, competitive analysis, CRM management, and sales performance reporting.

You will deliver actionable insights, maintain data integrity in our systems, and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive revenue. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, translating data into compelling presentations for leadership, and leveraging SAP/Snowflake/Power

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in research, analysis, sales operations, market research, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, or similar platforms; oil & gas experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and data visualization skills with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated problem solver able to work independently and learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide market, commercial, and operational analysis to support business development and sales strategy.
• Manage and maintain commercial data in CRM systems (Dynamics 365) including accounts and opportunities.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and growth opportunities in U.S. drilling.
• Develop sales enablement materials, customer profiles, and opportunity summaries for the U.S. Sales team.
• Generate reports and dashboards using SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, and other systems to improve forecasting and performance.
