Precision Drilling Corporation is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to support the U.S. Sales organization with market intelligence, competitive analysis, CRM management, and sales performance reporting. In this role you will deliver actionable insights, maintain data integrity, support sales processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in research, analysis, sales operations, market research, or related field.
• Experience with SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SQL or similar data/reporting platforms; oil and gas exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and data visualization skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently and learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide market, commercial, and operational analysis to support business development and sales strategy.
• Manage and maintain commercial data in Dynamics 365 including accounts, contacts, opportunities, and bid requests.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and growth opportunities across U.S. drilling market.
• Develop sales enablement materials, customer profiles, presentations, and commercial insights for the U.S. Sales team.
• Leverage SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SQL, and other systems to generate reports and improve forecasting.
