What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Train, motivate, and develop a team of sales agents on B2B sales techniques and the employer's sales process
  2. Create and deliver training materials and programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
  3. Supervise and assess trainee progress, addressing performance issues and providing corrective action as needed
  4. Conduct one-on-one coaching and sales development sessions to support new employees
  5. Serve as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all employer products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 1-2+ years in sales training or sales enablement
  2. 1-2+ years of people management experience
  3. 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  4. Excellent communication and classroom training delivery skills
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
