An established industry player is seeking a dynamic individual to drive product education and sales training for their Orthopedic Instruments team. This role involves planning and executing educational programs, supporting the sales team in the operating room, and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Develops, plans and conducts training on techniques for selling the organization's products and/or services for sales representatives and reseller partners. Designs training classes and training materials and prepares documentation. Conducts sales training needs assessments and analyzes employee training needs to determine requirements for new program development. Monitors and evaluates sales training programs, assesses results and implements enhancements as needed to ensure effectiveness of programs.
What you will do:
Plan and execute product education programs
Provide Orthopedic Instruments sales team with knowledge to clinically differentiate our technologies
Support the Orthopedic Instruments sales team in the field with clinical education to HCPs
Support the Orthopedic Instruments sales team in the operating room with new clinical technologies product trials
Drive product messaging at a ground level with physician engagement opportunities
Support cross-divisional education lab opportunities to introduce new clinical technologies
Ability to be collaborative across multiple Stryker business units
Develop strong relationships with the Orthopedic Instruments sales team in assigned area and demonstrate strong ability to collaborate
Ability to become the clinical expert in the assigned Orthopedic Instrument portfolios
Develop and execute regional clinical product strategies in partnership with the regional managers
Strong clinical and educational communicational skills
Build partnership with internal product Brand team to ensure proper and consistent messaging to the sales team
