Sales Enablement Lead - CONTRACT / Temp-to-Perm

Remote, United States (WFH)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enablement programs to enhance sales productivity, pipeline quality, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to sales reps to improve deal progression, messaging, and CRM usage.
  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps, process friction, and training needs.
  • Manage onboarding and ongoing training for sales team members.
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and training resources tailored to our sales processes.
  • Oversee territory mapping and management with the sales team.
  • Support industry-focused sales enablement strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce to build reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve visibility and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align messaging and content.
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce tools and sales processes to improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or B2B sales.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem; experience with Salesforce consulting partners is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and Salesforce reporting.
  • Proven coaching and influencing skills across diverse sales personalities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Additional Notes: This role is structured as a contract opportunity without full-time benefits. You will be an independent contractor responsible for your taxes and insurance.
