Job summary

Credit Acceptance is seeking a Manager of Sales Education and Readiness to lead education, content, coaching, and readiness initiatives for the Sales organization. You will translate business priorities into practical learning, partner with Sales leaders to close capability gaps, and drive adoption across launches and plays.

The role requires 5+ years in sales enablement or related fields, 2+ years of leadership, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Education, Sales Training, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, or related field.
• Two+ years of leading people, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing Sales education, enablement content, communications, or readiness programs.
• Strong communication, project management, stakeholder partnership, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex business priorities into practical Sales solutions.
• Travel up to 25% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales education and readiness programs to support selling skills, product knowledge, role effectiveness, and business initiatives.
• Translate priorities and launches into practical learning and field-ready guidance.
• Partner with Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions for adoption and execution.
• Support readiness for launches, sales plays, and organizational changes; measure program effectiveness.
• Oversee development of playbooks, guides, scripts, job aids, communications, and coaching resources.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with priorities.
