Job summary

Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Manager, Sales Education, Content & Readiness to lead education, content, and coaching resources for the sales organization. The role partners with Sales leaders and Corporate Training to translate strategies into practical tools and field-ready resources.

You will build and govern playbooks, guides, and training programs, mentor a team, measure impact, and help launches and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least five years of experience in Sales Enablement or a closely related area.
• At least two years of experience leading people, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership capabilities; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales education, content, communications, coaching resources, and readiness initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into practical learning and field-ready guidance.
• Partner with Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions.
• Support launches, sales plays, organizational changes, and other strategic initiatives.
• Oversee development and governance of playbooks, guides, talk tracks, and job aids.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; manage workload and priorities.
