GoGuardian is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to elevate how our learning content is designed and delivered to the sales organization. You will partner with Enablement and Business Strategy to create engaging, measurable learning experiences across NBEs, CSMs, and managers.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Learning or Instructional Design in SaaS/EdTech.
• Hands-on experience developing learning content with measurable outcomes.
• Strong content-creation skills and willingness to explore different modes of content delivery.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design human-centered learning journeys for NBEs and CSMs.
• Apply learning science and data insights to create sticky experiences and improve on-the-job performance.
• Champion innovation with simulations and immersive learning.
• Learn products and customers to create best-in-class learning experiences for the sales teams.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content design and personalize learning pathways.
• Produce multimedia assets (eLearning modules, videos, simulations) for scalable delivery.
• Execute onboarding content for new-hire cohorts and revise with managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align programs with goals.
• Measure effectiveness with CSAT and follow-up assessments; audit and improve content.
• Manage LMS administration and support, driving ongoing optimization.
