Job summary

GoGuardian is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Partner to own enablement across its multi-product portfolio for NBEs, CSMS, and managers. You will translate product priorities into learning and seller readiness, collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales on launches and features.

You’ll design live training, certify readiness, and maintain resources in Highspot, using analytics to close knowledge gaps and improve conversation quality. This is a remote, senior individual contributor role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product enablement experience delivering multiple products.
• Experience in K-12 education technology with district personas understood.
• Proven ability to enable customer-facing sales and CS teams for launches.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and behaviors.
• Strong collaboration with product marketing and sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own product enablement strategy across multi-product portfolio for NBEs/CSMs.
• Partner with Product Marketing and sales to uncover roadmap priorities.
• Build launch and release enablement plans and adapt to priorities.
• Design and deliver live training and practical seller demonstrations.
• Own certifications and readiness assessments to verify application.
• Provide materials and direction to instructional design for asynchronous learning.
• Keep enablement resources current in Highspot and related systems.
• Use analytics to identify gaps and measure improvements in seller confidence.
