Job summary

GoGuardian is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Partner to own product enablement across our portfolio, equipping NBEs, CSMs, and managers with knowledge, skills, and confidence for customer conversations and product launches.

Reporting to Enablement leadership, you will translate roadmap items into actionable plans, build live and asynchronous training, and measure impact with tools like Clari and Highspot. This is a senior IC role focused on seller readiness rather than technical training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product enablement experience supporting multiple products from strategy through delivery and measurement.
• Experience in K-12 education technology and understanding district customer personas.
• Experience enabling customer-facing sales and CS teams for product launches and feature releases.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and practical seller behaviors.
• Proactive partner who can anticipate roadmap information and plan ahead.

Responsibilities

• Own the product enablement strategy across the GoGuardian multi-product portfolio for NBEs, CSMs, and their managers.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product leaders, and sales leaders to uncover upcoming roadmap priorities and plan launches.
• Design and deliver interactive live training that helps sellers apply product knowledge to conversations and demonstrations.
• Own and implement product certification or readiness assessments to verify learning transfer.
• Keep enablement resources current and accessible in Highspot; provide mentorship to teammates as needed.
• Use conversation intelligence and analytics to diagnose gaps and measure effectiveness of enablement programs.
