Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional in the Columbus, OH area to empower teams through effective training and development initiatives. This role will partner with leaders to identify growth opportunities and implement impactful learning solutions across multiple brands and portfolios.

You will design and deliver training experiences, manage LMS initiatives, and coach regional leaders to improve execution and performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in training, learning and development, performance coaching, sales enablement, or a related discipline.
• Experience creating and managing learning content using authoring tools and software applications.
• Understanding of project management principles and execution.
• Event coordination and facilitation experience.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Graphic design experience preferred.
• Ability to use data and key performance indicators to evaluate success and guide decisions.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with audiences at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training experiences that build confidence, capability, and performance.
• Facilitate instructor-led training, workshops, webinars, conferences, and learning events.
• Create meaningful learning opportunities that support a variety of learning styles and business needs.
• Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities and implement impactful learning solutions.
• Develop learning plans that support individual growth and organizational success.
• Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to community and regional leaders.
• Support focus properties through targeted coaching, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct SWOT analyses and excellence audits to identify strengths, opportunities, and actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop strategies that improve execution and drive results.
