Job summary

ViaCord is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Leader to build and lead a scalable enablement function that enhances sales effectiveness, onboarding, coaching, and CRM adoption. The role partners with Sales Leadership, Marketing, CX, and Finance to drive performance and customer experience.

The candidate will architect ViaCord's Sales Excellence framework, develop certification standards, and own enablement playbooks, metrics, and tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales or enablement roles.
• 5+ years in sales training, coaching, enablement, or performance development.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales enablement roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Design onboarding programs, learning paths, certifications, and training resources for new sales hires.
• Lead sales coaching initiatives, including individual coaching, call reviews, workshops, and manager enablement.
• Own and maintain ViaCord's sales methodology, key sales processes, and enablement playbooks.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with business priorities.
