Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors and maintains high quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales processes.
• Coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders.
• Identifies opportunities for sales process improvement by collaborating with peers and sales teams.
• Assists sales management in inspecting process quality and prioritizing improvements.
• Facilitates continuous process improvement across the organization.
• Monitors distribution of sales reports and related intelligence for the sales org.
• Recommends revisions to reporting tools and supports new reporting needs.
• Supports sales incentive compensation administration and policy clarification.
• Develops and delivers presentations and ensures policy compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
