Job summary

Performance Food Group in Shawano, WI, on-site facility, seeks a Sales Supervisor to supervise technicians and drive sales and profits. The role requires strong customer service and collaboration with vendors and company personnel. It is not a remote position and candidates should reside within commuting distance or relocate.

The successful candidate will manage departmental budgets, oversee service schedules, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of equipment and supply sales/marketing experience in foodservice.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff: staffing, training, coaching, and performance issues.
• Achieves targeted sales and profits; manages the department budget.
• Reviews department profit and loss margin and controls expenses.
• Oversees bill processing for payment within the area.
• Travels to customer sites to resolve sales/service problems.
• Schedules service or installation within the area.
• Trains teammates in sales and service processes.
• Ensures beverage and chemical equipment functions; may install/test equipment.
• Adheres to policies and standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
