Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Sales Enablement Content Manager to build seller‑ready content and enablement programs that help our sales team ramp quickly in a complex technical environment.

Working with SMEs across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering, you will own content from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement, delivering scalable, impactful resources for field readiness.

Qualifications

• Ability to produce a high volume of polished content.
• Translate complex technical information into actionable content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to extract knowledge and create content.
• Own content programs from discovery to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop seller-ready content including talk tracks, playbooks, discovery guides, field briefs, presentations, FAQs, training materials, process guidance, job aids, and other field resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing and other teams to translate complex information into clear content.
• Transform information into scalable resources easy for sellers to find and apply.
• Manage content enablement workstreams from discovery to adoption and improvement.
• Own enablement programs such as onboarding, continuous learning, and sales process education.
• Translate launch direction into seller-facing content and readiness resources.
• Maintain the enablement content library with current, relevant resources.
