Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in training and development (sales experience highly valued).
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or related field.
• Ability to engage and inspire audiences of all sizes.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and development experience for the sales team from day one through transition to field performance.
• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, including e-learning, video, and mobile content within the LMS.
• Provide meaningful coaching to help learners build skills and confidence; collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional partners.
