Job summary

KI’s Sales Learning & Enablement team is seeking a graduate with 3–5 years in training and development to own the onboarding and development experience for our sales force. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, create e-learning, video, and mobile content within our LMS, and coach learners to build confidence and performance.

You will work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure learning translates into real-world results, and you will travel ~30%

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in training and development (sales experience is highly valued).
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and development experience for the sales team from day one.
• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, including e-learning, video, and mobile content in the LMS.
• Provide coaching that helps learners build skills and confidence.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, mentors, and cross-functional partners to translate learning into results.
• Travel approximately 30% to observe customer interactions and translate insights into training solutions.
