Job summary

Sisense is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to drive the revenue engine by shaping learning experiences and content strategies for AEs, ADRs, and AMs in a fast-moving, developer-first market.

You will own Seismic content governance, design onboarding for Compose SDK positioning, and lead regular training sessions to translate product updates into sellable insights, while partnering with GTM leadership to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Hands-on admin-level experience with Seismic and building content structures.
• Experience designing onboarding programs and proving time-to-first-deal improvements.
• Ability to translate engineering/product speak into sales value and work across Marketing, Product and Revenue teams.
• Comfort working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration and governance of Seismic to ensure the right Agentic AI messaging is available when needed.
• Design and execute an onboarding program to accelerate Compose SDK positioning and competitive landscape mastery.
• Lead ongoing training sessions for AEs, ADRs, and AMs with digestible, sellable insights.
• Partner with GTM leadership to build an enablement roadmap that drives measurable outcomes like win rates and quota attainment.
