Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to translate product and go-to-market strategy into knowledge and skills that empower sellers. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Learning & Development to build readiness across Cengage products.

You will design enablement programs, certifications, coaching frameworks, and practice opportunities to improve product demonstrations, value storytelling, and buyer engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related commercial roles.
• Ability to translate complex product priorities into practical learning for sellers.
• Experience developing and delivering training that builds knowledge and confidence.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and go-to-market strategy into seller-ready enablement programs.
• Develop coaching frameworks and resources for managers to reinforce learning.
• Support ongoing seller development through workshops, role-plays, and call reviews.
• Measure enablement effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
