Job summary

You'll design programs for prospecting, consultative selling, and account management, create playbooks and guides, and measure impact through analytics.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver training programs for sales teams.
• Proficient with LMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• 3+ years in sales enablement or related roles.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding for Sales Executives.
• Develop training on prospecting, consultative selling, account management.
• Create sales playbooks, guides, and job aids.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify development opportunities.
