Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of forwarding enterprises and related products (AFR/OFR).
• Strong self-confidence, initiative, and commitment.
• Ability to take ownership and proactively drive results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and contact skills.
• Capability to identify consumer needs using data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate and acquire lists of potential leads across all customer sectors.
• Qualify potential leads based on commercial enterprise type, merchant needs, volumes, and key lanes/regions.
• Figure out, qualify, and grow leads, funneling possibilities to the industrial crew.
• Conduct campaign calls to potential leads not assigned to an income individual.
• Analyze lead data, provide key metrics to management on progress.
• Capture call data and enter qualification data within the system to generate notifications.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate income channel.
