Franklin Templeton seeks a Sales Enablement Analyst to transform data into strategic insights for U.S. Institutional and Consultant Relations. You will support sales leadership with data-driven recommendations, dashboards, and metrics across distribution initiatives and client engagement.

You will collaborate with Distribution Intelligence, Data, Technology, and Legal/Compliance to deliver reliable, actionable insights that drive growth and improve the sales experience. Hybrid work in CA or MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, information systems).
• 2–5 years of data analytics, BI, reporting, or related experience in financial services or asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience creating reports and data visualizations to support planning and decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, product, sales, and client data to uncover trends, risks, opportunities and growth drivers.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for planning and performance.
• Partner with sales leaders to deliver analysis that informs strategic initiatives and distribution objectives.
