Furnitureland South Inc. seeks a Sales Education Coordinator to develop, revise, and facilitate training programs, coordinate meetings, and manage projects in support of the Sales Education Department.

The role ensures alignment with organizational strategies and assists Design Consultants with software tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or a related field and is proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and revise training materials to ensure courses meet standards and strategies.
• Assist in development and facilitation of technology-based training including PowerPoint, CRM, and social media.
• Identify and recommend training opportunities within the Sales Education Department and for vendors.
• Assist Design Consultants with software-related tasks and vendor coordination for trainings.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects with strong organizational skills.
• Attend workshops and engage in professional networks to maintain knowledge.
• Coordinate trainings and meetings with vendors and schedule weekly sales meetings.
• Support Sales Leadership and Sales Education as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
