• Demonstrated expertise in relevant products, disease states, human anatomy and biomechanics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sales education programs on products, procedures and sales processes.
• Coordinate training program logistics, including course preparation, communications and event execution.
• Develop and deliver educational content with sales education, marketing and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and SMEs to create and deliver training materials.
• Evaluate participant performance using established assessment methods and document outcomes.
• Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in programs.
• Manage program reporting, expense tracking and administrative documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with sales, marketing and business priorities.
