Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Education Manager, Field Training, to develop and deliver sales education programs that prepare sales and clinical teams to understand, utilize, and communicate complex products. The role is based at the Flower Mound, TX facility with up to 50% travel in year one and travel down to about 20% in year two.

You will facilitate both in-person and virtual sessions, coordinate training logistics, create content with stakeholders, and evaluate outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience in Joint Replacement or Robotics; 2+ years in sales or technical training.
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant products, disease states, human anatomy, and biomechanics.
• Experience in Mako Robotics.
• Experience in group facilitation, adult learning methodologies, or presentation skills.
• United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sales education programs on products, procedures, and sales processes.
• Coordinate training logistics: course prep, participant communications, prerequisite verification, and event execution.
• Develop and deliver educational content with sales education, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to support training materials.
• Evaluate participant performance using established assessment methods and document training outcomes.
• Analyze participant and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage program reporting, expense tracking, and administrative documentation for training operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with sales, marketing, and business priorities.
