Job summary

Role combines training facilitation, logistics, content support, evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. Some travel is required, up to 50% in year one, then ~20% thereafter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in the medical device industry is required.
• Experience in Joint Replacement or Robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sales education programs.
• Coordinate training logistics and event execution.
• Develop and deliver educational content with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create training materials.
• Evaluate participant performance using assessments.
