Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience; MBA is preferred and orthopedic domain exposure is a plus. Travel up to 40% is required as part of field engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 3+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred.
• Orthopaedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external resources to support strategic direction.
• Provide product and procedural expertise for HCP education programs.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials.
• Develop and manage customer-facing strategy, content and education programs.
• Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery.
• Organize and deliver in-class or virtual courses.
