Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Associate in the Sports Medicine specialty. You will support Sales Reps in promoting and marketing products, educate healthcare staff on proper use, and tailor messaging to customer needs to drive product adoption.

Responsibilities include in-field education, product updates, and developing relationships with physicians and staff while traveling up to 20% and maintaining a high level of customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to five years of commercial sales or medical field experience, including operating room experience.
• Field sales training—In-field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in sales, promotion and marketing of Stryker products.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
• Tailor promotional messages to customers and advise on product selection.
