Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Houston to support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the territory.

You will partner with experienced Sales Representatives to support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in operating rooms and office-based settings, while building a foundation for a career in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
