Responsibilities

• Lead logistics planning, coordination, and execution for Sales Education courses and programs.
• Demonstrate technical competency in divisional product offering and procedural flow.
• Create onboarding processes for new hires via LMS content management.
• Manage communications for onboarding, post-course documentation, and continuing education opportunities.
• Act as Training Lead for Corporate Training programs.
• Develop relationships with key KOLs to support education and content development.
• Support submission of training content for promotional material review.
