Stryker seeks a Medical Education leader to shape the future of healthcare professional education. You’ll lead a team, partner with key opinion leaders, and develop innovative education strategies and programs for healthcare professionals.

You will set direction for Medical Education, manage resources and a P&L-aligned offering, and advance online education initiatives and new platforms to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in medical education or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Endovascular experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage resources for an annual educational strategy.
• Partner with key opinion leaders to design educational materials.
• Develop new methods for online education and applications.
• Set direction for Medical Education programs and future platform initiatives.
• Manage Medical Education offering with P&L awareness and budget alignment.
