Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant/professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 5–6 times per year.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondences via email/memos to ensure communications within the business unit.
• Plan annual meetings and coordinate/book travel arrangements for the business unit.
• Compile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales, and deliver reports appropriately.
• Prepare various reports by collecting and collaborating information from various functions.
• Order or copy documents for distribution to the members of the business unit.
• Participate/facilitate trainings pertinent to the business unit.
• Manage updates to contact information of members within the business unit.
• Implement and manage project ideas conceptualized by leaders of the business unit.
• Support Sales Training programs, including class logistics, attendee communications, materials and post-course follow-up.
• Provide Medical Education support as needed, including course logistics, travel coordination and event execution.
