Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to guide a multi-market team in delivering top talent for clinical and operational roles. You will partner with leaders to translate business objectives into recruiting plans and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in talent acquisition, including prior leadership in TA, and healthcare recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Leadership experience in Talent Acquisition is required.
• Healthcare recruiting experience, especially home health or hospice, strongly preferred.
