Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcer with a sales mindset who thrives on high-volume outreach and cold outreach to build robust pipelines of passive talent. You’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and drive momentum in hard-to-fill searches.

This role supports a remote-friendly environment; Dallas–Fort Worth candidates may need four days on-site. You’ll use Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS tools, and data‑driven outreach to convert

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, HR, IS, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Expert-level Boolean search proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., ICIMS, Indeed).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with a sales mindset.
• Experience interpreting data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversions.
• Preferred AI tools to support informed decision-making and automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume outbound sourcing, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent across multiple functions.
• Engage prospects with a sales-style approach to convert into active candidates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline movement toward goals.
• Leverage sourcing tools, platforms, and creative strategies to uncover talent.
• Represent our brand professionally with a strong value-based pitch.
